ABOUT Pete Bernades

Peter started recreational diving in 1968 and attained the level of BSAC National Instructor. Amongst many voluntary roles he was the BSAC coach for the East Midlands for 3 years.

He worked at Bovisand Commercial Diving School for 20 years and has assisted on numerous maritime archaeology projects to the present day.
Peter holds the HSE Part 1 Diver and Association of Diving Contractors Off Shore Air Supervisor qualifications. Peter is the projects primary Boat and Logistics Officer.
His skills as a videographer also ensures the project outreach programme is suitably supported with high quality visual interpretive material.
